We made one very large assumption that almost every new startup founder does. We assumed that users would actually use our app...but nobody wants your app!

Feature creep /ˈfiːtʃə: kriːp/ (noun) The excessive and uncontrolled expansion of a product with new features beyond its original scope.

“99% of startups are not differentiated on their underlying technology… the model is no longer the differentiator”. If product is easy, then what is the differentiating factor?
